My leadership skills have grown through both student government and school athletics. I have served as class president during my freshman and sophomore years, and I hope to continue in that role during my Junior year. As president, I collaborate and communicate with my leadership class to organize school events and raise money for our senior prom.

One example of an event we hosted was our sophomore class bonding pickleball tournament on May 8th. I have also helped with fundraisers such as bake sales and restaurant fundraisers with places like Nick the Greek and World Wrapps. Outside of school leadership, basketball has also helped me become a stronger leader. As a point guard, I call out plays, communicate with teammates and help lead the offense.
